World's Best Clams Recipe: Bulhão Pato Style

Clams recipe (Bulhão Pato style)

Ingredients:

  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 10 sprigs of coriander
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 kg of clams
  • Salt to taste
  • 60 ml of white wine
  • 1 lemon

Bulhão Pato Clams recipe:

  • Put 4 crushed garlic cloves and 4 sprigs of coriander in a pot with olive oil and let it sauté over medium heat.
  • Introduce the star ingredient: the clams. Season with salt, and pour in the wine. Cook for about 10 minutes until the clams open.
  • Add the remaining chopped garlic cloves and coriander, and drizzle with lemon juice.
  • Serve with toasted bread.
