Wir besitzen keines dieser Lokale und deren \u00d6ffnungszeiten k\u00f6nnen sich unerwartet \u00e4ndern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Herzlich Willkommen in der Confeitaria Moura, eine B\u00e4ckerei, welche im Jahre 1892 in der 30km entfernten Stadt Santo Tirso gegr\u00fcndet wurde. Das Gesch\u00e4ft wird von Jo\u00e3o Pelayo geleitet, welcher zur f\u00fcnften Generation der Familie Moura geh\u00f6rt. Jo\u00e3o war Finanzberater in Lissabon, als er beschloss in seine Stadt zur\u00fcckzukehren um den Familienbetrieb auszubauen. Darauf \u00f6ffnete er dieses Gesch\u00e4ft auf dem Bom Sucesso Markt, wo wir uns aktuell befinden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au\u03b2er der Familientradition, gibt es einen anderen Grund warum wir hier sind, und zwar das famose Geb\u00e4ck \u201eJesu\u00edta\u201c zu probieren.Dieses herrliche Geb\u00e4ck wurde von einem B\u00e4cker erzeugt, welcher aus Bilbao nach Porto kam um in der Confeitaria Moura zu arbeiten. Es ist nicht klar wie das Geb\u00e4ck zu seinem Namen kam. Zum einen \u00e4hnelt seine  br\u00e4unliche Farbe der Kleidung der Jesuiten-M\u00f6che, andere widerum sagen dass der famose B\u00e4cker aus Bilbao zum Jesuiten Orden geh\u00f6rte. Tatsache ist, dass dieses Rezept, seit seiner Erzeugung ein gro\u03b2 beh\u00fctetes Geheimnis des Hauses ist, wo nur Familienangeh\u00f6rige als B\u00e4cker angestellt werden, um das Rezept weiterhin geheim zu halten. Man kann Jesu\u00edtas in anderen Konditoreien der Stadt finden, doch ist das famose Bl\u00e4tterteig-Rezept nur im Familienbesitz der Confeitaria Moura. Au\u03b2er dem Jesu\u00edta k\u00f6nnen Sie noch das Limonete probieren, welches mit demselben buttrig knusprigen Bl\u00e4tterteig hergestellt wird, aber eine Zitronenf\u00fcllung hat.
