Taxca ist von Montag bis Mittwoch von 12:00 bis 22:30 Uhr ge\u00f6ffnet, und von Donnerstag bis Samstag von 12:00 bis 2:00 Uhr. Da dies eine selbstgef\u00fchrte Food-Tour ist, \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen Sie bitte vor Ihrem Besuch die \u00d6ffnungszeiten jedes Verkostungsortes. Wir besitzen keines dieser Lokale und deren \u00d6ffnungszeiten k\u00f6nnen sich unerwartet \u00e4ndern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Das ist die Taxca!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Dieses Gesch\u00e4ft wurde in 2013 von Tiago und H\u00e9lio er\u00f6ffnet, zwei Br\u00fcder welche die alten Tavernen von Porto wiederbeleben wollten, welche schon seit dem Mittelalter in der Stadt existierten. Diese typischen Tavernen geh\u00f6rten fr\u00fcher zu Bauern, welche Ihre Produkte dort verkauften. Zu Zeiten der Industriellen Revolution gewannen diese Orte noch mehr an Bedeutung, da sie ein Treffpunkt f\u00fcr die M\u00e4nner der Arbeiterkasse waren, die sich dort zu einer preiswerten Mahlzeit trafen: ein Sandwich und ein Glas Wein.

Nachdem im Laufe der letzten Jahre, viele neue \u201dTavernen\u201d und \u201cTascas\u201d in Porto er\u00f6ffneten, ist die Taxca noch eines der authentischsten Orte, mit keinem gro\u03b2en Luxus oder \u00fcberh\u00f6hten Preisen, genauso wie vor dem Jahre 2000. Es ist Ihnen sicherlich schon aufgefallen dass die Taxca eines unserer Lieblingsorte in Porto ist, weil es ein bescheidener und noch ein wahrhaftiger Ort ist, wo man sich sein Essen einfach von der Theke abholt und den Moment genie\u03b2t.

An dieser Stelle werden wir ein leckeres R\u00e4ucherschinken-Sandwich probieren, wo das Schinkenbein direkt von der Decke h\u00e4ngt. Dieser Schinken stammt von der B\u00edsaro- Schweinerasse, welche nur in Nordportugal existiert und eine Reifezeit von 15 Monaten betr\u00e4gt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
