Kurz erkl\u00e4rt, handelt sich um ein sehr beliebtes Petisco, welcher in vielen portugiesischen Caf\u00e9s zu finden ist. Diese halbmondf\u00f6rmigen Teigtaschen sind normalerweise mit Garnelen, Kabeljau, Gem\u00fcse oder Fleisch gef\u00fcllt.\n <\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tasteporto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/Oficina-dos-Riss\u00f3is-Taste-Porto.jpeg\" alt=\"Portuguese petiscos\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Handels\u00fcblich werden die Riss\u00f3is frittiert, doch in der Oficina dos Riss\u00f3is werden diese von Hand gemacht und mit vielen unterschiedlichen F\u00fcllungen gebacken.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Besitzer Alexandra und Louis, zwei franz\u00f6sische Chefs, die sich in Portugal verliebt haben, \u00e4nderten das Grundrezept der Riss\u00f3is, indem sie die besten Zutaten aus dem ganzen Land zusammenstellten und portugiesische und internationale Kochtechniken mischten. Die Vorbereitung einiger F\u00fcllungen kann bis zu 6 Stunden dauern und das Teigrezept wurde ge\u00e4ndert, so dass  gebacken wird anstatt frittiert.  \n <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u00e4uft Ihnen schon das Wasser im Mund zusammen, wenn Sie nur daran denken diese kleinen St\u00fcck Himmel zu genie\u03b2en?
